How does this work?

1. Assign letters

Just place letters in a Docman folder or SystemOne batch labelled "For BetterLetter" and we take it from there.

2. Annotate & review

Our AI takes the first pass, and our team of GPs, practice managers and experienced coders review the outputs to ensure complete accuracy of codings, findings and next steps

3. Return & approval

Letters are coded to the appropriate patient record, and an annotated letter with a summary page is uploaded as an attachment.

4. Workflow

Any tasks, actions or next steps are raised as workflow for the appropriate practice team, or if there are no further actions the letters are filed away.
